Outside In

Well, after all the complaining that tends to occur while living in Arizona during the summer, things sure change when it's winter and spring time. We have been enjoying the nice weather lately. The heat is off, windows and doors can be left open and Keara gets to play outside as much as she wants. The pictures are a little old but they show the indecisiveness that Keara struggles with:) She just can't decide whether she likes being inside or outside, or maybe she is just getting closer to 2.
One from our family photo shoot. She really is happiest outdoors. Everyday there is something new to see or experience when your not trapped inside. In the mornings she can't wait to go on Mommy's walk.
Like I said, trapped indoors. She pulled this stunt one afternoon and started crying for help. But Cheri couldn't find her anywhere. She had to be somewhere in the room and finally when Mommy discovered she had climbed under the bed into a collapsed walker; what did she do? Well, she didn't rescue her, at least not immediately, until after the picture was taken. The credit for that kind of thinking goes to Grandma Moore.
One of a few not so fun days outside. Some rainy days had left our yard very wet and in the low points almost swampy. But Keara likes to be with me when I'm working in the yard. That was until her feet sunk a few inches and she fell on her hands and knees trying to get out. Once again, Mommy had to get a picture before coming to the rescue.
But we make it up to her by being goofy and keeping it interesting inside.

I thought Braden was the penguin. Why do you want to change his name? I vote to call the penguin Braden because Braden is so cool!
